Kitchen water area care

Kitchen Water Area Care

Attention to the sink, trap, fittings and worktop — the parts of a kitchen that carry water every day.

Back to home

The promise

This visit is built around one goal: bringing your sink, tap fittings, worktop and wall panel back to a condition where routine wiping can keep up again. That means clearing limescale that's settled into fittings, lifting grease that's built up on the wall panel behind the cooking area, and leaving the drainage trap clean and deodorised. You'll come away with a kitchen that feels genuinely cared for, and a written note on what to watch for between visits.

The problem this addresses

Kitchens see water and grease every day, and it's easy for wiping to stop keeping pace — a tap fitting that's gone cloudy with mineral deposit, a worktop that dulls no matter how often it's cleaned, a drain that's started to hold odour. None of that reflects poorly on how the kitchen is kept; it's simply what happens where water and cooking meet regularly, and where the wrong product on the wrong surface can make things worse rather than better.

If any of that sounds familiar, this visit is aimed directly at it.

The solution

We start by identifying what your worktop and fittings are actually made of — artificial marble, stainless steel and resin each respond differently to the same descaling product, so treating them identically risks dulling one while under-treating another. From there, we work through the sink, tap fittings, worktop and wall panel with methods chosen for each surface, then disassemble the drainage trap for a proper clean rather than working around it.

This is the same reasoning behind our broader approach to water-area care — treat the surface for what it is, not for what's convenient.

The experience

A technician arrives, checks the worktop and fittings, and talks you through what they're seeing before starting. The visit itself takes two to three hours, during which you're welcome to be present or step out — whichever suits your day. Toward the end, the drainage trap is reassembled and tested, and you're given a short walkthrough of what was treated.

It's a quiet, methodical process rather than a rushed one, with the aim of leaving your kitchen in a state that's easy to maintain afterward.

The investment

¥15,600

One kitchen, approximately 2–3 hours

  • · Sink, tap fittings, worktop and wall panel treated by surface
  • · Drainage trap disassembly, cleaning and reassembly
  • · Drain deodorising
  • · Written note on surfaces identified and safe products for between visits

How progress is measured

We judge a kitchen visit by whether the fittings and worktop return to a condition where your usual wiping routine is enough to maintain them. There's no fixed benchmark beyond that — some kitchens need one visit to reset that baseline, others benefit from occasional follow-ups depending on hardness of the local water supply and how the kitchen is used day to day.

The guarantee

If something about a treated surface doesn't sit right after we leave, let us know and we'll come back to look at it together — there's no obligation attached to raising it, and no cost for a follow-up assessment. We'd rather you tell us than quietly feel unsatisfied.

Next steps

Send a short message with your kitchen's rough size and any specific concerns — a stubborn stain, an odour, a fitting that's changed colour — and we'll confirm timing and answer any questions before booking anything.
